Minutes of Meeting

AP opened the meeting. The request for a continuation from South Center Realty was read by JS. The applicant is requesting a continuance to November 4, 2010. JS did not see any problem with this. He signed the request.
AP motion to grant as requested.
JS second.
All in favor to allow the continuance to November 4, 2010.
AP opened the continuation for 53-55 Highridge Road-Tim Jones. Mr. Jones was not in attendance. PD presented plans he had from Mr. Jones, which was dated 2/1/10. The board discussed how to proceed as it has gone on so long with little input from the applicant. PD suggested the board vote on a continuance until the next meeting but have LR write a letter stating Mr. Jones has 30 days from this hearing to appear or the board will be voting on a decision. PD suggested Town Counsel also be contacted to see if there were any updates on Mr. Jones situation.
PD motion to continue to November 4, 2010 at 7:00 PM.
JS second.
All in favor to continue the hearing.
AP presented the Conflict of Interest Law Books that were given out by the Town Clerk. The board members were asked to sign confirmation that they were received.
